1. Who we are (Data Controller)
ReviewRadar, operated by 9GG LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"), is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. For data-protection questions, contact support@9gg.app.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, business name, email address, hashed password.
- Billing data: subscription plan and payment status (card details are handled directly by our payment processor, not stored by us).
- Configuration data: the business locations and review sources you connect.
- Review content: publicly posted reviews relating to your locations (which may include the review author's display name, rating, and text). ReviewRadar processes publicly available review content to provide its analysis.
- Usage & technical data: log data, IP address, device/browser information, and cookie identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).
3. How and why we use data (Lawful bases)
Under the GDPR / UK GDPR we rely on the following lawful bases:

4. Service providers / processors
We share personal data with the following categories of processors solely to operate the Service, under contracts that require appropriate safeguards:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Resend — transactional and verification email delivery.
- DeepSeek / Anthropic — AI providers used to generate report narratives and draft responses.
- Review-source & scraping infrastructure — providers used to collect publicly available review data across platforms.
- Hosting provider — cloud hosting and storage of the application and its data.
5. Publicly available review data & platform terms
ReviewRadar analyzes publicly posted review content about your locations from third-party platforms such as Google/Google Maps, Yelp, and Facebook. We use this data to provide the reporting and response-drafting features you request. Our use of data obtained via Google services, including Google Maps Platform, complies with the applicable Google/Maps platform terms and policies. We do not sell this data.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above:
- Account & configuration data: for the life of your account and up to 90 days after closure (longer where required by law).
- Review content & reports: while your subscription is active; deleted or anonymized within 90 days of account closure.
- Billing records: as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years).
- Logs: typically up to 12 months.
7. Your rights
EU / UK (GDPR & UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
California (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, to request access to and deletion of personal information, to correct inaccurate information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
ReviewRadar does not sell your personal information and does not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, email support@9gg.app; we will verify and respond within the timeframes required by law.
8. International data transfers
We and our processors may process data in countries outside your own, including outside the EEA and the UK. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) or an adequacy decision.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and regulators of breaches where required.
10. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
