Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReviewRadar (the "Service"), operated by 9GG LLC ("ReviewRadar", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ReviewRadar collects and analyzes publicly posted customer reviews for the business locations you configure, produces a periodic report (sentiment, themes, SWOT, competitor benchmark, and week-over-week changes), and drafts suggested responses to reviews. ReviewRadar does not publish any response on your behalf — you review, approve, and post all replies yourself.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you connect.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Free trial & billing

• Plans start with a 14-day free trial. Pricing is per location: $49/mo for a single location, with multi-location and enterprise tiers as described on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
• Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; use it to violate any law or any third-party platform's terms (including Google, Yelp, and Facebook); reverse engineer the Service; or use it to harass, defame, or post deceptive content. You are solely responsible for any reply you publish and for compliance with each review platform's terms.

5. Your content & review data

ReviewRadar processes publicly available review content relating to your locations to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to connect those locations. Drafted responses are suggestions only; you are responsible for what you publish.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by 9GG LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g., payment, email delivery, AI providers, review-data infrastructure, and hosting). Their availability and terms may affect the Service. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Review analysis and drafted responses are automated and may contain errors. See our Disclaimer. We do not guarantee any particular reputation, ranking, or business outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9GG LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & contact
